Leadership Onboarding Visual Refresh

For this project I did a visual refresh for a client’s Leadership Onboarding training. The artwork shown here is for developers to incorporate in Articulate Storyline or Captivate for future Leadership Onboarding courses.

I created a soft branding with the lighthouse imagery to remind leaders to guide and light the way for their direct reports. Overall, we wanted to also provide a little more warmth in the visuals than the traditional approach. I did this by using a softer color palette within the PGE brand colors and included character art and visuals that are inviting and inclusive.
